I have a Jabra storm. But i need my Product ID. How can i learn my products ID ?

Sound of headphones is bad without this app, but app does not support streaming audio and apple radio, so you cant play your favorite playlists on apple music.

This app is not optimized for the new version of iOS, need an update!

Disappointed to find so many 1 star reviews simply because the code was hard to find. This doesnt help one to assess how useful the app actually is. One big drawback (on an iPhone) is that the app doesnt load your playlists, which is a deal breaker for me. To have the app use a play list, you would have to create one within the app. There is a button on the left earphone cup that allows you to access this app directly from the earphones. This was probably the best feature I could find. Accessing menu options is not intuitive. To access the equalizer function, for example, you have to go to an individual song - it is on the right. Sharing funcition is also here as well as the menu function (on the left) to create favorites and playlists. The app is not very responsive to touch, which is frustrating. There are many, many apps that will add an equalizer while loading your playlists - why would anyone use this limited app?

I would no recommend these headphones! Uncomfortable in the ear and App needs an id code which I threw way with the box after purchase! No tech support to help find the illusive "Id code"! Useless!

Dolby trademark didnt convince people to use this app as long as the app, itself, still do nothing with sound quality and user experience: app doesnt support iPhone 6 Plus Screen, when play a few music, the connection lost but reconnect without continue playing the music, not support viewing lyrics, etc.

No product ID to sign in? And the support is hard to use. It should ask what the problem is but asked for to much information

I can not understand how a high profile, high cost Bluetooth head set company does not have a comprehensive; or at the very least; usable mobile app!??? I was very optimistic about my recent Jabra purchase until I started searching for a mobile app to enhance the usability. This particular app requests a product I. D. to begin using the app. After entering every number/ code listed on the product and instructional pamphlet to no avail, I am thoroughly baffled. Mind you this is the 3rd Jabra mobile app I have attempted to access with zero gain to my user experience. Who is at the switch over at Jabra mobile app devision!? What do you think your customers are buying Bluetooth headsets to pair with?!! I will struggle through a few months of use to trick myself into believing I got my dollars worth. After which I will move on to something more user conscious.

Good enhancement of the sound quality. But crashes sometimes on my iPhone 4. Did detecy playlists but said that there are no titles in it. Why us there no option to shuffle all songs from one artist or a genre?

The app is ok, but the design is not that good. Please work on that. Thanks.

Great App for my new headphones, but I miss Spotify support.

I used the app before the iOS 7 update version of this app, Im running iOS 6 still. What the update broke- that I know of that is, are; Cant create playlists Existing playlists dont show up It only plays one song out of a album Crashes more frequently This app is a must have if you own the headsets that its compatible with! Please fix soon :) thanks in advance!

Cant use the app. It requires the product code. I have no idea how find the product code because I no longer have the packaging.

I have a pair of the Jabra Rox AE earphones, an amazing innovation in Bluetooth audio. The app offers even better features, most prominently the Dolby Digital Sound enhancement feature. To use the app a Product ID number is required to activate it and experience all the additional features. With all my heightened excitement my bubble was burst because the product ID process would not work. I contacted customer support who were very helpful and accommodating, however the problem could not be solved and had to be further escalated. Im hoping this will be resolved in a newer update as I feel Ive only got half the use of these great new earphones. Make it quick, Jabra!

I downloaded this app back on my 4s and every time it launches, it took 3 minutes before the app would let me play any music. Their customer support said that was normal. So I thought maybe my new iPhone 6, with its faster processor would make it load faster. It does indeed load faster now. It only takes a whole freakin minute to launch! Whatever benefits the dolby processing adds, it isnt worth waiting for this badly written app to load up.

Cannot use it as it needs a unlock code which I dont have , why do they need an unlock code when the headphones need to be connected ! Anyone know how to get another code ?
