I am using the app since last December and it is very painful to see how much time it takes to load music. Something need to be done quickly.

I cant use the app because the used set of REVO headphones I picked up dont have a Product ID included anymore. Stupid software design that is completely pointless. I will never buy another Jabra product; there are too many more-competent alternatives.

hopefully they create an ios8 themed UI for this app

This app certainly improves the sound quality of my music. Would love the ability to watch my iPhone videos through this app...just like you can with YouTube. It would vastly improve my movie watching experience. Please look into this development team.

How do I find the code this app is asking for??

Crashes every time when I hit play on my Air!

great headset, but after entering the code & using app for about 10 seconds it crashed and I have not been able to open it again without it crashing immediately.

The app is not bad in theory but its reliability has a lot to be desired. The biggest issue is that the app crashes constantly and Jabra clearly does not care to update it correct The issue.The EQ and Dolby features are nice. Definitely makes a difference in sound but doesnt make up for the app not running correctly. Just my two cents!

People say this improves the sound... NO, no it does NOT! What you are hearing is either a bass, treble or gain boost or a virtual 3d. Since ALL of those things could have been done by the recording artist you just have to wonder why didnt they do it? Even Dolby surround can permanently be recorded but never is for a good reason. That said Dolby Surround is the only good idea and it falls short... Dolby surround will only hurt the sound unless the source is surround and since this app wont play movies its just worthless! Even if it did work Dolby surround does cause a reduction in sound quality and sometimes sound artifacts. This is something you can deal with as in return you really do get the surround sound experience although not as good as real surround and never quite capable of making something sound like its coming from a front or rear center channel but its great at front left front right rear right rear left kind of sounds. Anyways the app is worthless

The best thing over the stock iphone music app was an equalizer, the worst thing is I am not able to go from that equalizer. Is this tested on iphone 6 UI?

Would like it if they would add additional music apps to chose from to listen to music with.

Never got past the product ID code. Someone need to make this stupid proof. Probably designed by a millennial.

If I could rate this app with zero stars, I most certainly would since I am completely unable to use it without knowing how to locate my product ID code. I have tried all of the numbers on the barcodes and labels and nothing works. You really need to make it more explanatory or get rid of the code all together so that people can use your app! Unfortunately after reading some of the other reviews it doesnt look like it improves the sound quality anyway so I am less frustrated to not be able to use it however I will most likely return the headset and purchase a different brand.

I bought the Jabra Revo Wireless for $200. This app is required to update it and fix bugs. When you first start the app, you have to enter a code that came with the headphones to unlock it, for no reason at all. Well I got a new phone, and that code doesnt work anymore. I literally cant update my headphones anymore because Jabra requires this pointless code/pairing system. What on earth is the point of punishing customers like this.

I own the Jabra Revo wired headphones...which actually punch three levels above their weight class. Bought for a ridiculously good price. The code to unleash the app should have come in the box. It didnt. Had to call Jabra and wait a period of time for them to email it to me. I shouldnt have bothered. Total landfill. Jabra has joined Samsung in producing the most useless apps on the planet. Crashes every time. Not occasionally but every time.

Version 5.0.18 is free as well pride but seems identical. Scam or simply not professional? As for the app itself... Bah, aside half working Dolby, the platform looks utter ugly and unpolished. Good headphones- bad support

Why even advertise an app if you dont include the code to unlock it with your products. Or why dont you use the serial number or something? Your lazy company obviously fails at the most basic things like including whats advertised. I will definitely also be writing a review on the product itself as well.

Wireless headphones shouldnt need an app to improve sound. Trash trash trash

You buy a Jabra product that is advertised to come with apps but you find after youve discarded the packaging that you need an unlock code that came in their packaging. Foolishness...I have a legitimate Jabra product with s serial number and unique identifier why isnt that enough. Havent used this app because the product Id is sitting in a landfill somewhere. Will avoid Jabra going forward

I like the equaliser and Dolby processing but 3 major cons: 1) listening to only non-DRM music in my iTunes library is less than 33% of my music listening scenarios on my device 2) Having to listen through the app is vey annoying 3) The app setup is frankly the worst experience I have ever seen for such an app. Theres no explanation on the box or in the app as to where to find the code. Not even a link to a site with where to find the code for different headsets if not standardised. Took way too long to see the card slipped into the various documents in the getting started pack
