Im 56 years old & all this new stuff can be frustrating for us "old" folks, BUT....I find the APP quite useful. I DID have to read the very short instruction list, but being a true old school stereo guy (Luxman & Infinity), believe me, I dont hand a good rating out freely. I really DO like the app. Take a few minutes to read the instructions, take a picture of the activation code & keep it stored on your magic little CLOUD & you wont lose it. I believe its gotten a bad rap on the rating.....but hey.....maybe Im just too old to need spoon fed. JABRA you have at least a few who give you a fair shake & REALLY like your products! Theyre not STAX headphones, but still quite worthy of praise, at a fraction of the cost. When I can sit still with wired headphones Ill go back to my STAX, otherwise Im quite pleased with your products AND APP.

I just opened these and have tried every number that appears on any of the packaging and inserts and none of these is the product code. Ridiculous. Cant rate the app if I cant use the app.

The app provided a small but noticeable degree of sound enhancement for my iTunes library. The software could use some improvements but overall I am satisfied.

Found th code finally. App crashed itself into oblivion I. Between telling me the songs I bought off ITunes werent playable due to DRM. This is pretty sad. The person that developed a product where supposedly the best sound requireds an unstable app should be fired.

Could use more updates to support other media , but the app works fine and does help equalize the music . Just dont be an idiot and throw out your packaging like the many people who have rated this app 1 star did.

Cant even use the app without a code that is nowhere to be found with the product. Not going to bother calling Jabra for it after reading the other reviews.

After finally figuring out the "code" the app was needing( thanks Jabra for the confusing and lack of info/directions); the "equalizer has ZERO effect on the music quality. Not a big fan of Jabra right now

I hate these headphones and this app is worthless. It always freezes and it doesnt play to my headphones, even when my devices are connected to Bluetooth. And it will randomly disconnect and whatever is playing will be blaring at the gym. Such a waste of $200 for these worthless headphones. Maybe if the app was better, I could try to manage with these headphones. Though the sound is horrible in the Pulse Coach. Dont waste your money.
